Talk your Walk

It is quite empowering to truly embody the actions that you believe in, to share them with others and support them. It magnifies your inner truths and your purpose. This is walking your talk. If you don’t walk your talk, well then one may say you are a hypocrite, or worse, you will feel this oppositional force of hypocrisy within in every cell of your being. And if this happens, then you are out of your alignment with your self, your voice, your rhythm, your resonance. So, actioning on what you vocally support is pretty darn important.

Life is so often a two way street. Keep this in mind as you live your day to day. Where there is one direction of thought, there is often another supportive, and eye opening perspective.

So, talk your walk. Just as it is valuable to be the action behind your voice, it is equally important to value the inner voice of your desired actions. Express yourself, what you do, what you believe in, and how you live in yourSelf. Your voice is a tool. It is a part of you. It is the vehicle of sound that transmits energy to others who are listening and wanting to hear. I am not saying that we are all meant to go out and speak out loud to the world. If this is your calling, then great, you should. But for most, it is much more simpler.

Talking your walk is listening to the inner voice that your mind is needing to hear. It is the essence of you that is needing to be heard. Silently and internally admitting truths about your self, without judgement, is expansive healing through your unique self expression. When you confidently accept and voice aspects of yourself, whether dark or bright, you are able to transcend into a greater, fuller you.

When you can easily and confidently both walk your talk and talk your walk, you are embodying all of you. Embark on both sides of your street.
